Technical Sales Representatives

We are looking for Technical Sales Representatives to provide technical support to Sales Executives and new clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support
Assisting in taking-of quantities at new and old clients sites where the service is deemed necessary
Assist the key account managers in their daily sales process by providing technical support information and skills to new and current clients.

Logistics Support
Give advice on the type of pump required per job on the client site.
Give advice on-site accessibility to both the pump and the mixer

Customer Satisfaction
Perform follow-ups during and after casting on clients’ sites to ensure that their interactions with our concrete products results in the best service delivery and satisfaction.
Assist in solving clients complaints related to quantity, quality and general satisfaction with our concrete products.
Escalate customer complaints to the Sales Manager for resolution.
Carry out frequent customer satisfaction surveys to gather information on public perception and experience of company products

Sales Volume Growth
Assist in growing company sales volume by also coming up with potential leads in day-to-day interactions in the field

 

Measurement
100% technical enquires, complaints and requests for site visits conducted/handled
100% client follow-ups conducted
100% escalation of unresolved client complaints and concerns within 24 hours
100% compliance on the customer satisfaction survey carried out quarterly
100% accurate advisory on pumps to be used and accessibility of pumps and mixers to client sites
Number of clients/leads filed in a week

 

Person Specification
Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction from a recognised institution
Professional Affiliation: N/A
Experience: At least 1-year experience working in the construction industry
Knowledge: construction industry and concrete production
Skills: Planning, organizing, communication and people management
