Sales Administrator

 

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide back-office support to the Sales Department.

 

Key Responsibilities

Creation of sales orders and sales quotations in the system

Preparation of analysis on different areas within the department

Preparation of forecasts on sales

Supporting customer service by giving information and feedback to walk-in clients or clients calling the company sales line.

Escalating of leads to the sales supervisor from any walk-in clients.

Following-up on sales leads generated from the sales lines

Verification of customer invoices for issue

 

Measures

100% accurate and timely preparation and presentation of customer sales orders and quotations

100% lead escalations from enquiries on the company sales lines

100% accurate and timely sales analysis and forecast reports

 

Person Specifications

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Statistics, Actuarial Science or a business related course

Professional Affiliation: N/A

Experience: At least 3 years experience in a similar role

Knowledge: Construction Industry, Concrete Production

Skills: Planning, organizing, communication and people management

Behaviours: Accountability and utmost integrity
