Applying Rhombus Wall Skimming Filler

Clean the walls thoroughly before applying Rhombus Wall Skimming Filler to ensure maximum adhesion. For the best results, ensure you fill any cracks and repair any significant damage to the wall before applying the filler. 

The application process is easy. Measure 25kg of the Wall Skimming Filler and add 35% – 40% clean water by weight. Thoroughly mix the ingredients manually or using a suitable electric mixer to combine them into a paste. Apply the paste evenly on the surface using a skim coat trowel, starting from the bottom and working your way up. 

We recommend applying a maximum of two coats (layers) of Crystal Filler. The maximum thickness of the first and second coats (layers) should be 1-1.5 mm and 0.7-1.0 mm, respectively.

What Is Manufactured Sand?

Manufactured sand (M-Sand) is artificial sand produced from crushing hard stones into small sand-sized angular-shaped particles, washed and finely graded to be used as construction aggregate and for the production of ready-mix concrete.


How It Is Manufactured?

Rocks or quarry stones are blasted and subjected to a series of crushing cycles to reduce the particles to the size of naturally occurring sand.
